May She Flourish offers matrescence coaching for mothers navigating the transition into and through motherhood. Founded by Stacey May, Registered Social Worker and Certified Matrescence Practitioner, May She Flourish recognises that motherhood brings profound emotional, relational, and identity changes — many of which aren’t talked about or well supported. Support is gentle, non-judgemental, and grounded in understanding rather than fixing, helping mothers make sense of this season and feel more resourced within it. Services include one-to-one sessions (in person in Ashburton and online nationwide) and community connection spaces, designed to support wellbeing, confidence, and connection for mothers
